Local businesses utilizing radio for 2 way communication using simplex. Is it ok to use non narrow band radios? Will the FCC check? the radios are only used for two way communication at special events.

I think the MURS 154.57 and 154.60 are still OK in 25 KHz if 2 watts will do the job.
