i have a saber one,,the DPL does not rx or tx,,is this a easy problem to fix?????

Did you program a DPL code into one or more of the radio's channels? DPL must be set for both transmit and receive. Unlike CTCSS, you must use it on both T and R.

Go back and check the program readout.
