Full Keypad Microphone for XTL/XPR radios

Does anyone know if there is a difference between rmn5065 Keypad microphone for the XPR4550 radios and the HMN4079 XTL/APX Enhanced Keypad Microphone? The microphones look exactly the same except for the part number and description.

The RMN5065 has a big "OK" button in the middle, where as the HMN4079 has a 4 way directional pad in the middle.
