Motorola GM900 ptt error

Hi,
I am Italian Ham Radio and I have 2 GM900 that I use for a repeater.
I have the following problem with tx radio:
When I close PTT signal ( by mic connector or by 25pin it is indifferent) in the meantime that the tx radio goes from tx status in rx status, the radio not transmit and the red led become flashing.
Every time that I close PTT signal after at least 0.5 sec that the radio goes in rx status all works ok. I had the problem also if I push PTT and release and re-push PTT quickly after the release.

I try with another GM900 with the same result

You have to disable the time out timer (Sendezeitbegrenzung).

Du you have the jumper wire (pin9/pin10) in the accessory connector?
