Canadian SPIRIT PRO + and SPORT SS

i got 6 spirit and sportSS with the 4 pin under the battery, i know when they are at : UP-DOWN-UP-DOWN ,it gives 469.2625mhz, i need another position for the pin and i want the freq's too to program them on my GM300. thanks

get a user manual for the spirit series, it has a freq and PL chart, then get on the web and type "GMRS Frequencies" at ANY search engine and it should give you a list of all of the GMRS frequencies available, then match those up with the up/Down dip switches in the battery compartment. This should help you in choosing frequencies
