Modify Low Band CDM1250
Hello all. Is there a way to modify my Low Band CDM1250 (42-50Mhz) to go down as far as 39Mhz so I can get California Highway Patrol freqs? I know there is a way to do it with an MCS2000 in the UHF bandsplit, because I've done it before, but I completely forgot how I did it and lost the Batboard posting with the info. Thanks in advance.

I'd also suggest searching around on the p25.ca site as they came up with some different versions of this method that don't require the extra bit of s-record editing after doing the bandsplit hack. Also be aware that the VCO may go out of lock at 39 MHz.
