Anyone deal with Stewart Products?

Post by Bob »

I'm looking for a console for my 99 Lumina with the split bench in the front. Right now, the frontrunner is the Stewart EM-700. Has anyone dealt with Stewart in the past? How about this particular unit? Opinions on either; good, bad, or indifferent?

I have a Steward products laptop swivel mount in my car. It works great, no complaints. No experience here with their other products though.Show us pics when you're all done!

I have stewart 16 inch console in my 95 GMC Yukon right now and I';m going back to stewart for the 30inch model for my new suburban when its delivered.

Stewart makes excellent high quality products with good pricing. Very competitive and every bit as good or better than Gamber Johnson and Troy products. I've spoken to Jacquelyne in sales, Bill in engineering and Bill Stewart himself and they are very helpful and knowledgable. I've given then deisgn suggestions on some of the mounts for the Impala. They also do direct sales.

go to http://www.stewartproducts.com or give them a call on the phone.

You won't be dissapointed.

I have the EM100 console which replaces the ashtray and the trunk box. Both made of heavy steel with black, wrinkle-finish paint, like the old Hallicrafters and Collins radios. They are very good. I even broke a punch on the blank panels for the console--that's how tough it is. :)

Other than long lead time and late delivery, I've had no problems. But it seems like Jacqueline could use some help.

No luck using their website, lately: none of the top buttons work.
