Mitrek Super Consolette Base Question

I need a pinout of the terminal strips on the back of a Motorola Mitrek Super Consolette Base Station.

More specifically I have the above with the tone remote adapter board installed and need to know which two terminals to connect the phone line to.

Can anybody help?

Information might appear in Manual #68P81040E80 but I do not have access to that manual.(# above is for high band version)
