I have a Motorola MTX Model# H01WCC4DB3AN I would like to know if it is capable of upgrade and if it will do 16 button DTMF.

What radios do you own?: MTS/MCS2000

only if you use lab to clone an B7 codeplug into it, then you should be able to change out cases.
