I am looking for the programing instruction for the R100.

You'll need to build or buy the R100 cable and then buy a copy od the RSS . These are nice repeaters, i have owned two so far and they work great.

I have the programming instruction manual. I also have a small file that has the basics of the navigation in the RSS, otherwise it is fairly simple. You need a SLOOOOW computer like a 286 10 mhz due to the software being written way back in 1987!
There is a ham radio version of the RSS arround to use the R100 in 430 to 450.
You will have to realign the receiver and transmitter also. The R100 can cover 430 to 476 mhz and with a few modifications works rather well.
