Power Amplifier for 902-928Mhz Band

Does anyone know of sources for power amps in the 900 Mhz band? Cellular amps? 80 watts or more. I've seen the 150 watt cellular amps on eBay from time to time.... but there doesn't seem to be any at the moment. So, I guess I'm lookingfor where these amps are coming from. Any leads? Thanks.

On a longshot look for a post by: walt10 in Tucson..He has a post in the 900Mhz Forum! He may have or know of? He has an Email address listed!
