Is there any software and/or hardware that will to keep two CommandPlus consoles in the same room from getting feedback when the other is transmitting? (other than keeping volume set low on one console)

For any of us to be of assistance you should put more info on the board about the setup of the consoles. Is one a backup of the other? Were they put in at the same time or at different times? What kind of feedback are you experiencing? Does the installing company provide you with any assistance? Etc.
Ordinarily multiple consoles can run in the same room without difficulty so long as proper attention has been paid to the installation work.

In the Command Plus RSS there is a field called "mute parallel audio". That will do what you want. These will then mute when they "hear" guard tone coming from another remote keying. Be aware that they will also mute any other remotes tx which might be across the wireline.
