Does anyone have a copy of the schematic for the VCO board in a Spectra. The board # is (HRF6003A). I also need a copy of the parts list. One of the components on the front side of the board is lose. I think one of the 4 pins has a crack in it and I would like to just replace it. the only marking on the component if (RF 7). it is the only component on the top of the board that has 3 legs on one side and one leg on the other side. It is the second component from the MLM side of the board on the front of the radio.

HRF6003A is the part number for a Spectra 900 MHz receiver front end board, not a VCO board. I can not find any "RF 7" reference on the receiver front end or VCO schematic/parts list.

The manual part number is 6880102W61 Spectra Detailed Service Manual.

Ok this is the RF board I didn't get a chance to change my post before the reply. If you look at the board when it is in the radio with out the cover the component is on the front of the board (closet to the head). If you look at the very front corner on the MLM side front corner of the board and work your up there is only 4 components on the front of this board. The component I am looking to replace is the second one from the bottom. it is the only component that has more than two solder points. It is the only transistor on the top of the board. It lloks like the middle pin on the side with 3 pin and the only pin on the second side or the same pin. They are hooked together.
