2003 Chevy Suburban Antenna Install

Very Nice!

When I drilled mine I didn't remove the headliner. Pulled the side post covers and used a piece of romex with the end taped to fish the wire from the hole over to the post.

Worked well for me.


BTW, no holes in the head liner either. :lol:

Yes indeed, nice antenna install. The black antenna's do help conceal themselves when mounted on a dark vehicle. At night the 5 black antenna's on my black Crown Vic aren't even noticeable. Even during the day their hard to see due to the colors blending so well. If I would have used chrome/stainless antenna hardware that would've been a different story!!

Steve, looks like you made out not having to completely pull the headliner from your install. A friend of mine just did his Suburban and he ended up breaking a couple things just getting the headliner down. Sounds like you found a slightly better way around that issue.

Anyway, great antenna install. Looks good. :D
