Info on MDC 600 Saber

I Have a Motorola Saber and want to learn more about the MDC-600. Will it send out the tone at the end of the TX like the MDC-1200??? Can anyone help me on this matter. Thanks

If you just want to enable the MDC-600 ID, go into your options (F4) drop the arrow down to it. highlight it with F2, you'll see a prompt to select a four digit ID, then another prompt for before Tx, after Tx, (and maybe something else?) pick 1,2,3...If you have scan, you will see some messages saying It may ID in Scan mode, ect.. hit F2 to continue! depending on the modle. which should give you a channel Y or N, for MDC for what channels you need it on/off hope this helps.... (don't forget to write it to the radio)
