CDM 1550 LS+ programmed >222 mHz?

Will the CDM 1550 LS+ accept a frequency up to approximately 223.7 mHz? (bandsplit 'ends' at 222 mHz)

We need to use these in the amateur band as data links for a
RACES/ARES system.

I am also curious about the 200 Mhz version. Did you ever find out any info on out of band programming?
