Hey,

Has anyone ever dealt with a Harris HM1-0168 Diode Matrix Chip before?

It's a DIP-14 chip that has 6x8 diode links inside of it, each link either open, or closed.

My Motorola Moden/36 antique QC-2 encoder uses two of these chips to determine the tone frequncies it produces.

It isn't very complex.

These were a special order item back in the day when Harris actually made them.

Is there a ROM or something that someone could make that could mimic this chip?

If I could make my computer's scanner work, I would provide a link to a scan of the datasheet.

Any questions or suggests, fire away.
