Here's one for the Securenet experts:

I have acquired a remote mount VHF A4 Spectra which I am going to convert back to a dash mount model. At present it has an external Securenet box in-line with the control cable.

I looked back thru the archives and saw another post concerning an A4 conversion back to dash mount. While I'm waiting for the interconnect board to arrive, I am going to start reprogramming the radio. I noticed in the archived message that SECURENET must be disabled before converting back to dash mount, so that the radio does not look for the SECURENET hardware upon power up.

I've see the "SECURE NET DISABLE/ENABLE" in the programming menu, which I have disabled. Is there anything else that needs to be disabled?

Thanks,
Pete
