Which one do i use for programming a mcs2000 model III

Either one will do, one uses the 25-pin accessory connector on the bottom of the radio, the other uses the front mic jack.
Why two different cables, you may ask? Regular programming can be done at the mic jack, but FlashPort upgrades require the accessory connector cable (the original Moto cable, not the one on BatLabs).
