I bet someone has already asked this question. I was wondering if you can take a MCS2000 Model 1 and convert it to a model 2 or 3. I bet it is a long shot but I thought I would ask..

Yes, you can, if your "toolkit" is equipped properly. SG

This was brought up before, but I can't find it in the archives very quickly. Yes, you have to change the head to whatever model you desire (II or III), and dump a corresponding Model II or III archive into the Model I with the MTSXLAB "no pack/unpack" option.

Does anyone have a codeplug for an MCS2000 UHF (M01RLM9PW6BN) that supports a model III head they can share?

Thanks,

John
