I have MDC Id's in all my radios and some I have the preamble active. When I key up the radios and listen on the scanner I can hear the ID's perfect. When I key up the radio and listen on the CDM1550 I do not hear the ID. Is there something that I activated with the CDM1550 that has muted the all these ID's??

I have not seen the format in the CDM RSS but all the other RSS programs I have used when setting up MDC will use a DOS (DATA OPERATED SQUELCH) hold off time.
This is the time allowed for the MDC to be received buy the radio before it unmutes. This is used because some radio users beleive the MDC burst is anoying. Set the DOS hold off time to 0.00 or however the RSS calls for the delay. No delay will allow you to hear the complete data burst. you may also try setting your MDC transmitt for a longer TX delay.
