Uhoh.. I see your dilemna.... Pin 1 on the DB25 connector is GROUND with pin 15 being BUS+ (deduced from looking at the cable for the HT1000 on this link http://www.batlabs.com/images/mt2kpin.gif )
And at the other end of the connection:
In a Stereo Plug there are 3 areas of connection from the TIP back called "TIP - RING - SLEEVE" (Telephone people most often deal with "TIP & RING" connections)...
Well on this item in the diagram...
BUS+ (from DB25 pin 15) goes to RING
and
GROUND (from DB25 pin 1) goes to SLEEVE
with nothing connected to the TIP of the connector...

HI:
The photo in Batlabs( CP150 / CP200 ) has now been updated to
reflect the information needed....
Might take a day or tow for the other sites to
catch up on the updates:
Here is what it looks like:

- What radios do you own?: I can't enter that much....
OK, one more question on this topic. This may have already been answered and I'm just overlooking it, but does the CP200 programming cable plug into the mic connector, or the speaker connector?
