Can someone advise on the following.

On a 4 Chan unit are the receive crystals the ones towards the top of the radio or the bottom.

i tried the HT220 site and the one diagram they don't show is a multi chan unit with crystal placement.

Tom in d.c., that's his screen name, he seems to know a little (probably a lot ) about the HT220, he just got rid of some here on the board. Give him a try.

Hi:

Worked on many a HT220 during their
period.

The " Transmitt " Xtal had a Temp Cmpensating
componet on the the Multi=Freq Boards.

That can easily be indentified by the rubber
seperator on the board...One side is larger
than another.

If your radio VHF or older HT220, you can
email me direct and I can send a photo of
what the layouts are.

I have the 4 and 6 channel types
