MDC Select call / call alert encoder?

Anyone know of any sort of external encoder that will do MDC1200 (Group) Selct Call or Call Alert?

I'm looking for a way to transpond a decoded two-tone alert as a Group MDC page.

The two-tone decode is easy, the MDC encode............

P.S. I looked at Midian, but I only saw a MDC PTT ID encoder.

Alternately, on the CDM mobiles, one of the accessory connector options is "External Call Button x (Input)"

Can this (or any other function) be used to convince the radio to send an MDC call on contact closure?
