Have a rapid charger which was working fine and just stopped. No obvious "injury" to the board and the wall adapter is putting out the spec'd 16VDC. Does anyone have schematic or any troubleshooting suggestions for this???? Internal fuse??? Diode???? Please reply to [email protected] if you want to reply private. Thanks

There are three different versions. The big M says it is NOT repairable, but you can look in the service manual for the radio and it mite have the diagram there. Two versions were the same circuit as the GP300/350/P110 rapid chargers. Usally the contacts fail, get dirty or bent, the power jack breaks loose from the board, and the regulator on some overheats. Surface mounted componets and a microprocessor make it hard to work on.
