Pro9150, error 4-1379

I am trying to read radio in CPS and getting an 4-1379 and won't do it. Anyone able to help?!?

I get the exact same error when trying to read my HT1250 UHF, firmware 4.00.01 using CPS ver 6.01 AZ. I've tried different CPU speeds, OS, two different cables with same result. Perhaps someone can help. I am new to programming this radio.

I also am having this problem with my 9150, is it software related???
