need help wiring a motorola Aux switch panel

need help wiring a motorola Aux switch panel

i have a brand new motorola Aux switch panel. model HLN1260A And im looking at it scratching my head on how the wiring is hooked up to it. i see pin 1 and pin 17 are power and ground but what are the others. If any one ever worked on one please shed some light on this im only using the first 5 buttons for the time being. Thanks....
