i purchased a Saber III radio
the seller stated it was UHF low (440-470 range)

the model# and Fcc id# state it is VHF (136-170 range), 6 watt radio

i have the RSS software, just waiting for a cable to come in the mail..

i purchased the radio based on the fccid# and model# (i need VHF)

could the seller have changed it to UHF-low? if so, can i change it back using the RSS?? i do not have lab software for the saber, and i was told it does not exist...
