What radios do you own?: Too many!

Can a codeplug for an MTS2000 be used in an MTX radio? Are MTXs susceptible to TOOLPROOFING? I hate to keep asking about the toolproofing thing, but I can't stand expensive paperweights...
Thanks,
Scott

You can dump an MTS2000 codeplug into an MTX8000 no problem, with no fear of a Toolproofing error. Still, it's always a good idea to make an unpacked archive of the MTX's original programming, in case of problems, or if you just decide to go back to it for what ever reason.
