While not widly published, a thread like this is an excellent example of the following:

This FAQ is slowly being developed by me (based on input from other moderators/admins) to create a standard on the board. While I'm not strictly inforcing the policies set forth in that FAQ, they are there, and I'll use them if appropriate. When they are done, and people have had ample time to read and be clear on it, they'll be strongly enforced across the board.
