I have a 410 ksu. whenever i put the phone line into line A jack seems to hold my phone-line open and ring the voice terminal constantly, even after picking up handset (stops while handset is lifted) and putting it back in cradle.
Troubleshoot manual does not seem to cover this. also what do the switches on the KSU do, they are numbered 10-19. i have Feature pack 2 and music on hold w/paging. the other 3 jacks BC & D do not cause handset problems but when doing it that way i have to manually punch line button to get outside line.

Any Ideas?
