I've seen the yellow HT1000's used by the railroad I live by (Canadian Pacific) but not the accessories. When let up into the cab of one of the GP38-2's, they had what looked like a 'modified' vehicular charger mounted on the side opposite of the control stand. Wasn't able to grab the model # off of it tho. Also you can look around on eBay every now and then something yellow usually pops up, but more so in the Waris line of radios than the Jedi.
