Without looking into the RSS, I'll assume the pins are programmable for the LS series as I don't specifically remember.

The pinouts are as follows:

Pin 2 - 'mic' tx audio
Pin 3 - PTT
Pin 5 - 'flat' tx audio
Pin 7 - Ground
Pin 'X' - COR (programmable pin)
Pin 11 - rx detector audio

Choose one of the programmable pins ('X'=6,8,10,etc) to be COR. Set whatever rules you need for it (carrier only, carrier with PL/DPL, etc). Make it active low.

Then wire it up. The connections are fairly obvious. You connect the Pin 7 grounds together. Pin 11 goes to Pin 2, Pin 'X' goes to Pin 3. Pretty simple. You might want to experiment with using Pin 5 instead of Pin 2 for the tx audio, see which one works/sounds better. Also, you can set Pin 11 for either 'filtered' or 'flat' audio. Again, experiment to see which works better for your set-up.
