lumina strobes question

Can strobes be placed in the reverse lights on a 99 lumina or is there not enough space for the hideaway tube

There is not room.. You can alternate them with a standard headlight flasher..

Agreed. I have a 99 Lumina and considered it at one time. Plenty of room in the brake lights, front corner lights, and high-beams though.

Actually there is room to mount them however due to the small space they overheat the pastic and warp the clear lens area. So you have to decide: do you want to warp the plastic or go with another method.

I hooked in a back flasher however i need a wiring diagram for an FA6 flasher and federal took it off there website.

Not on Galls' site...
Not even archived as a PDF using Google's filetype search...

I had one here about a month ago. Had I known they would take the diagram down, I would have copied the paper that it came with.

I'd give Federal a call in the morning and see if they can fax one out to you.

I have reverse strobes in my 1996 lumina and they work great and the plastic does not get warped. Just my 2 cents
