I've always thought it was pretty cool of you to provide this informatio to everyone on your not and not "hog" it to be the "best". You also helped me out a lot when I was specing our new rescue truck in some coversations on the yahoo group. (truck came out great by the way).

To many people these days supply no customer service for so many reasons - we just work differentaly.. we help all and hope that convinces them to become customers..

Sadly there are too many factors to even begin to make everyone happy - but we do what we can..
