GTX Mobile Power Off Problem

I Have a GTX mobile that when power is applied to the plug the radio display lights up and stays on , but the radio is off. When you turn it on it does its self test and functions fine. When you turn it back off the display stays lit but the radio does turn off.

Ignition sense connected or disconnected has no effect..

Any ideas ?
