Program to convert QC II tones to 4 digit capcode
Three or four years ago, someone on here had a program to convert QC II tones to four digit capcode for console encoding. What was the name of the program?
"The world runs on radio."
It's a small DOS based program, runs fine in a command prompt in Win9x, 2000 & XP. I've been told it doesn't run in WinME. I can zip it up & email it to you, send me a PM with your email info.
