JU601-A on Radius Mobile

Post by Mikey »

I am trying to locate JU601-A on the logic board of a Radius Mobile. Is this the little moveable plastic jumper in the middle of the logic board that you can move from A-B with the plastic jumper or is it somewhere else? I am trying to hook up a VXR-1000 Mobile extender on this radio that has a 5 pin logic board and supposly i can get Mobile Receive Audio from JU601-A according to the VXR-1000 Install sheet for that model. Thanks for the help

JU601-A is at the front of the Logic board just off the right end and slightly above the two terminal strips. Middle and right terminal jumpered will make position "A".

The top of the volume control. Filtered audio leaves the logic board going to the vol pot and is a good place to pick off RX audio. It is muted and only active with proper PL or DPL code.

I remember VXR1000 picking up the RX audio at the jumper 601A.
