Off-topic, but still communications related. I'm sure some of the VOIP-types on here can shed some light.

I have a Voicepump VP101X12CQC here. It is used to get dialtone off the back of a DSL modem on a subscription basis. Can I make this work with any of the free internet-based VOIP servers? Maybe the Bat-phone?

Any info on this thing is appreciated.
