Can some one give me the mAh ratings for the 9009 and 9009 batteries
Origianl part #'s HNN9008A and 9009

I was just given a box full of batteries to our fire deparment and I am running all the batteries through an analyzer to get a rating on them.

9008 1300mah

9009, either 2000 or 2100mah? Not sure on this one because i checked a few locations and some showed one number and a couple showed the other.

When you run them through on the analyer, depending on your unit, let it charge and discharge them, then charge em back up and let them sit 24 hours or more and then discharge only and see what the capacity is after sitting.

This is how i determine the condition of batteries i get a hold of. If the battery looses more than 20% of it's capacity you know there is a problem. Some say 10-15% loss in that time is ok. I took one battery that was showing full stock capacity and charged it back up, left it on the shelf for three days then checked it's capacity again, it lost 40% of its capacity! The battery appeared fine according to the analyzer but was suffering from a high self-discharge rate.
