It should be quite easy to replace. I'd suspect it's just a right-angle DB25M connector that might cost $2 or so from Mouser or Jameco.

As long as the person doing the job is careful and removes all the solder from the holes (a vacuum desoldering tool would work well), they could probably get the old one out intact. If not, the leads could all be cut off the connector, then pulled out individually. Would probably take less than half an hour.

Which brand of RIB is it? Or is it a Moto original?

Either way if your not confident in repairing it or don't have someone local that can do it i could help, desoldering ain't a problem here!

Which pin is broken off? There are a lot of unused pins on that connector, if it's one of those you can just leave it. I think there's a rib schematic on the batlabs site, you can check to see if the missing pin is used.

That connector is mounted to the board on some RIBs, or on a ribon cable in the others. I can repair most RIBs, even aftermarket ones.

A post like this always brings Monty to mind. He was one of the first to chime in on a RIB repair issue.
We are still thinking (and missing) you Monty.
