Confirm Jedi 6191/6193 Replacement Cord Assy P/N?

I have a NMN6191 that had the cord ripped out of the radio clipon connector. The head is fine as far as I can tell, so I'd presume that all I need is a new cable assembly (the old one's basically irreperable).

Digging through the board I found a part # 0104010J46 (REMOTE CONN CABLE ASSEM) which should do the trick. Now, the questions...

Is this indeed the right part number?

Are the cable assemblys the same between the 6191 (noise cancelling) and 6193?

Since the assembly lists at $48 through MOL, am I possibly just better off trying to find a new cord or new mic instead?

0104004J29 - 30" public safety mic cable for NMN6228.

0104010J46 - Remote speaker/mic cable for NMN6191 or NMN6193.
