Info request ref: Central Comm relay panel

I just got a Aux. relay panel from Central Communications of Wenatchee, WA. It is model # ARP-1187 and has two seperate relay boards inside, a primary (5 relays) and secondary (3 relays) board. It has a build date of 1991.

Any contact info and/or schematics appreciated.
