Saber SVA test box

Hi,
Anyone on here ever come across, or own, or have a schematic of the ZEFA-C test box that they mention in the troubleshooting section of the SVA instruction manual? I would love to have a schematic of that thing so I can build one, I have several SVAs that need repair and that would help out alot.
