If it uses CPS anything like the CP/CM200, then I would assume that it does; yes.

i just fired up the programming laptop to confirm... it is on a 'per-channel' basis. on the screen for each personality is a drop down box for signalling. furthermore, it can be set to send DTMF and receive MDC or vice-versa if you wish. and i didn't try it, but it looks like the professional series CPS where you can even create several different signalling systems (MDC sys 1, MDC sys 2, DTMF sys 1, etc.)
