HT charger

I have a charger here for a MT 500 that is a mobile charging unit or so I was told. Model number NLN6892A. I was going to try and use this charger but have no idea how to energize it. Im rather new to all the motorola equitment so bear with me. The charger has a 6 pin power plug on the bottom of it and the folowing wires atached. Red/black stripe,red/orange stripe,red/blue stripe, green/white stripe, green/yellow stripe and a black with a yellow stripe. Is there anyway to hook this thing up and use it or is it useless??? Thanks
