MAXTRAC TO PAC-RAT

I have a low band maxtrac and a UHF Pac-Rat looking to make a cross band from Low Band to UHF is there a cable or can it be made to link these two together? I have the cable that came with the Pac-RT PAC to MaraTrac could this be modifided

thanks for the link thats was helpfull. I have never modified a cable before. Are there and prebuilt cables to get this done that are out there.
