R100 Programming Cable

Iam building an R100 programming cable. I noticed the diagram on the website does not match the (Monty) picture. Anyone got any insite as to which one is correct?

Monty added componets to make the cables 'bullit proof'. Monty's cables are still the best, he was the Master......

Two of the three resistor values also were changed to more closly match the RS232 standard and allow the cable to work correctly on some computers.
