Few VISAR questions plus Privacy Plus?

What exactly is privacy plus?
And does anyone know the FCC ID for the VISAR UHF series? Thanks I want to do an ERP check

Privacy Plus is the Motorola name for their "non public safety" trunking systems.

not hardly an encryption format, just a moniker for type I trunking systems (and some later non-PS type II trunks as well).
