The Nucleus II Squelch wont open and Cnet not Lock...

Hi!

The Nucleus II Squelch wont open and Cnet not Lock but the signal level is OK because there are not problem with Cnet antenna. The cnet led is OFF and not ON never. The RX squelch alarm is active, that will be the problem? I change the configuration alarm RX squelch but it situation continues equal, exists another form to adjust Squelch? or the problem will be another?

Can you help me?
